How do I cancel or change my subscription?
Your subscription can be changed or cancelled by logging into the Customer Portal and selecting "Manage my subscriptions". You can then select what changes you would like to make.
Please note all changes must be made on or before the 27th of the month to take effect in time for your next delivery.
When will my order arrive?
We aim for all of our boxes to be delivered before the 10th of the month. We will aim to send all of our parcels on the 1st-5th of the month, but there are some situations where this may be possible, such as falling on a Sunday or Bank Holiday.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to the UK only currently, but are working on international deliveries being available soon.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is included in all orders, so there is no additional cost to you.
Is there a cut off for deliveries on the same month?
We aim to send all boxes on the 1st-5th of each month. Therefore the cut off for deliveries on the same month is the 27th of the previous month. This applies to all one off and subscription orders.

Can I return or exchange an item?
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges on our boxes. However if you do receive an item that your dog does not like, please contact us and we will make sure we do not send a similar item again. We recommend contacting us when you start your subscription if there is anything specific your dog does not like.
If a product in your box is faulty, there is usually no need to return it to us. If you take some photos and contact us, we will add a replacement product in your next box or discuss an alternative solution. Your statutory rights are still protected.

What if my dog has allergies?
If your dog has allergies, please contact us as soon as you place your order. We will try out best to cator for all allergies, but we cannot garuantee that all products will be allergen friendly. You are responsible for checking that all products in your box are suitable for your dog before giving it to them.
Can I request certain types of toys or treats?
Absolutely! As dog owners ourselves, we understand that dogs can be fussier than people! If your dog likes or dislikes specific toys or treats, please let us know and we will try to include them as much as possible in their box.
